Melt points is a loyalty reward program from Candle Creations that earns you exclusive discounts on our entire range of candle fragrance oils. The way it works is really easy: simply buy our wax (and anything else that “melts”) and you’ll earn points to spend on our fragrance oils. But wait there’s more! The more points you earn over time, the bigger your discounts will get. Plus you can earn bonus points by leaving reviews on products you’ve purchased, and we’ll top up your pot with some free points on your birthday too.

You earn 1 Melt Point for every dollar that you spend on Wax, Dye Blocks, and anything else that melts. Your points can then be redeemed at any time for dollars to spend on fragrance. The dollar value of your points increases the more you shop with us. Over time, your total points earned will help you to move up the levels and achieve even bigger savings. Check out the table below for points/dollar value at different levels.

0 - 1000 pointsStart earning Melt Points today by purchasing anything that melts. Convert your points at any time into dollars to spend on fragrance.
Regular
1,001 - 2500 pointsOnce you’ve earned 1,000 points you double the dollar value of your points. Keep shopping regularly and watch your discounts grow.
Mover
2501 - 5000 points earnedYou’re moving on up! Your Melt Points now earn you even bigger discounts towards fragrance oil purchases. Next stop VIP!

5,000 + points earnedWelcome to VIP Level! Earn maximum discounts when spending your Melt Points on our fragrances. Nice work!

- Your total earned points from all qualifying purchases continue to count towards your next discount level, even after you’ve spent them.
- You can earn bonus points by leaving reviews on our website.
- Always be sure to log in when you shop so you can earn, monitor, and redeem points.
- You don’t have to wait to redeem bundles of 500 points, you can redeem any number of points at any time and receive the equivalent conversion rate.
- You can check your points balance, rewards level, and program details via the Orange button in the bottom right corner of the page. Or on the “My Account” page, and below.
- Be sure to redeem your points and spend the rewards within 12 months of earning them.
