Showroom hours (excluding public holidays):

7:30am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday

Indulge your senses and smell our entire range of fragrances. You can also view samples of our glassware, lids, and most other products.
We have a computer here in our showroom that you can use to check pricing and information and staff are often (excluding peak times) on hand to answer your questions.
Please note that this is a showroom only (not a shop) and we are not able to process orders for collection on the spot.

Pick up and dispatch hours:

7:30am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday

Deliveries: We dispatch courier orders daily, Monday to Friday. Generally (except during peak times) items ordered prior to midday will be dispatched the same or next day.

Pick-ups: Please wait until you receive your “ready to collect” email before coming in, we don’t want you to waste a trip! Pick-up is available from 7:30am until 3:30pm Monday to Friday (we are closed on weekends). Come into the showroom where you will find your order on the pick-up shelf, please sign for it.

Christmas Holiday Hours & Cut Off Dates:

Close 23rd December at 3:30pm.
Re-open 6th January at 07:30am

The cut off date for receiving orders if you wish to receive them before Christmas is below:

Tuesday 17th December @10am – SOUTH ISLAND METRO

Thursday 19th December @10am – NORTH ISLAND METRO

Friday 20th December @10am – AUCKLAND

For Rural areas please allow at least an extra 2 days on top of these dates. Any orders placed after this date will still be dispatched up until the 23rd of December, however due to courier delivery times, it cannot be guaranteed these will arrive before Christmas.
