InstructionsMelt the wax to the suggested fragrance temperature before adding your fragrance. Stir fragrance for at least 2 minutes and allow the wax to cool to the recommended pour temperature. Glossary and detailed pouring notes
Fragrance Temperature: The recommended temperature you should heat the wax to before adding your fragrance. Exceeding this temperature can damage the fragrance.
Melt Point: The point at which the solid wax will melt, the lower the melt point the longer your candle will burn. This is also useful to know if you plan to transport or display your candles in a hot environment.
Pour Temperature: The recommended temperature for pouring your wax (and fragrance) into the candle jar.
If difficulties are experienced with your pour temperatures, try a lower or higher temperature in increments of 2°C.
Pour temperatures should be checked and confirmed according to seasonal changes.

Really enjoying this wax – still playing with pour temperatures on some fragrances to get that smooth top, but nothing a heat gun can’t fix when necessary. Scent throw is fantastic and they have a beautiful finish, with no frosting. Will be switching to this for all my container candles that’s for sure, love it.

I LOVE CocoSoy! I started out 7 years ago making candles with 464 and now this IS the one I am hooked on! Cannot praise it enough. Amazing hot and cold throw. Nice play on words when describing it at markets etc. It can melt a little at markets on hot days-but set again quite nicely.

Not a fan of this wax. Every candle I’ve made has had a frosted finish that I’ve had to fix.
Ive tried pouring at lower temps and stirring slowly but it has not made a difference.
It does have a good scent throw though.

I enjoy using this wax and have found that heating it to 65 deg and adding scent, then waiting to 50 deg to pour works best. Good hot and cold throw and works well with most scents I’ve tried it with.

I love the smooth finish of this wax, but unfortunately all of mine have sweated, some quite alot. I have tried everything. The only other thing I can think of is that I have it stored in the garage and with the hot and cold temperatures of the seasons, it may have sweated in the bag? But it looks fine. I have also had the same issue with 464, so could be the same reason…? I also found that it frosted. Its a shame because I really wanted to use this wax. Its so beautiful and creamy otherwise.

Hi Kathy, there’s a number of things that can cause sweating…it’s unlikely to be the wax itself…esp as you have observed sweating with 2 different waxes now. Feel free to chat with us about potential solutions. The Cocosoy is a lovely wax once you master it.

Love this wax, I tend to go between this and Beesoy, this is a great vegan option to keep customers happy, amazing hot and cold throw, burns beautifully, I find adding fragrance load at 65 degrees and then pouring at around 45-50 works great for me!
